Office building 280 sqm built in 2019 insulated with ten centimetres of insulation. Heating is by underfloor heating only. A heat pump of up to 18kW fully provides hot water and a comfortable room temperature at all temperatures. In practice, there have been several one-day frosts as low as minus 17°C and two to four-day minus 12°C. An electric boiler is additionally installed in the heating system, which has never been used once.
