Office and warehouse building of 1000 sqm built in 2005. In 2016 the building was insulated with ten centimetre insulation. Heating - aluminium radiators. A heat pump with an output of up to 18kW (consumed power up to 5.3kW) provides hot water and a comfortable room temperature up to an ambient temperature of 0-2°C. At temperatures below 0-2°C an electric boiler is connected. It is planned to install a second heat pump of similar capacity in order to eliminate the use of the electric boiler.
